Paid Diagnostic Review
A diagnostic review is needed before monthly or clean-up/catch-up bookkeeping can begin and includes a review of the current state of your books. Problem areas will be pointed out, recommendations provided, a monthly price determined for monthly bookkeeping, or an estimated number of hours determined for clean-up/catch-up bookkeeping.
Ongoing QB Monthly Service/Support
Bookkeeping activities will be conducted on behalf of your business to ensure all financial information is accurate and up to date: monthly reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts to associated statements, monthly reconciliation of accounts receivable and accounts payable, paperless payables (supplier invoices and receipts imported into software), debtor reminders, and QB data feed maintenance.
